AFFINITY Residential Services (Normal Missouri service areas only)

Several years ago Affinity evolved into a Commercial only company but with the recent economic downturn we can understand the need for above average quality at a fair price and have temporarily agreed to start taking residential work.

All work will come with Affinity's 1 year installation warranty even if the program is suspended.

1. FREE Service - If you can prove that you are a small business owner and have 2 or more employees (Not including you or your immediate family) we will provide 1 hour of repair service for free including trip charge. You will be required to supply your last quarters Missouri wage report as proof of ownership and employees before scheduling. This is for repairs ONLY and does not include material, permits, new installations, or special equipment if needed.

2. $65.00 1 Hour check up or repair/replace - If you have concerns about your electrical system or need something easily done in 1 hour or less. Does not include material, permits, new installations, or special equipment if needed.

3. Anything Else - $25 Trip Charge for work under 8 Hours and $65 per hour per man plus material. Additional charges may apply for permits or special equipment if needed.

Affinity does not offer free residential bids. All residential work will be preformed on a time and material basis with a $65.00 minimum charge.

Payment expected at time of completion or other pre arranged dates.
